Just got a call/voicemail from that number saying he was from BBB but my clue was he didn't have quite the right name for my business. Caller ID said it was made from 855-444-1995.

Left a message claiming to from BBB but didn't have the business name right. Caller ID and callback number don't match legitimate BBB office numbers in the area.
