Another call from another scam operated by call center sweatshops in the Mumbai area of India, all with terrible English and stupid accents.  This time, a woman, with an obviously feminine voice, called herself "John Connor" and offered loans and services to lower credit card interest rates.  She then proceeded to immediately ask for my credit card numbers so she could lower my interest rates. Of course, you should know by now that 99.9% of all phone calls from strangers are now originating from India using various scams ranging from selling fake pharmacy pills, to pretending to be a fake IRS agent and threatening you for "unpaid back taxes", to offering fake auto warranties, loans, and fake credit card services.

All of these India call centers are operated by scammers who just need a few dozen victims to pay for their phone lines because the people doing the calling are getting paid very little, and are poorly educated and not even good at scamming people, as demonstrated by the woman who sounded like she was reading from a scripted presentation and did not even realize that she was giving herself a man's' name. LOL!!!!
