Selling a car on E-bay, wanting to purchase using Pay-Pal, but not thru E-Bay. Said he could not come an get the car but was going to send someone else. Beware!

Just had the same situation with the same phone number. Only pay pal. Can't come see car, only wants to use PayPal. Can someone use PayPal to scam?
