Received call on my cell phone for 2nd party; stated I was to 'contact said party and give a call to a 877 number with a string of EEE.....numbers.'

I deleted the call.

Next day, same call only caller now calling me.  Left same 877 number and string of extensions which might be hack numbers.

Third day, same message on cell.

1.  FTC won't stop callers since they've listed my 'cell number' as their victim under 'credit agencies.'

I suggest you call your congressional representative and ask why these scumbags are allowed to rack 'contact hours' by calling 3rd parties repeatedly knowing their operations won't be stopped by FTC since their dirtbag legal department bought debts from credit card agencies at a discount.

Maybe why Vontage is getting customers from ATT and their ilk.

I answer the phones at our office and when I answered (on the first ring) they hung up immediately. Not a single word. How rude!

The caller ID says "PCR" (Pioneer Recovery). I don't know who the call was for because this rude individual just ended the call, but this is a place of business and they have NO BUSINESS calling here like that!

i just got a call from this number this morning. They asked for someone who isn't even related to me, and has never lived at my address. They asked for my half sister's father (obviously won't give his name).... how does that make sense???? There's no relation to my family at all!! Frustrating!!

CALLED MY CELL PHONE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE AND THEN REFUSED TO TELL ME WHAT IT WAS ABOUT.  THEN TOLD ME THIS CALL IS BEING RECORDED.  I TOLD THEM BY LAW UN-RECORD IT.  TOLD THEM IT WAS NOT A CALL PERTAINING TO ANYTHING WITH ME.  THE WOMAN PLACED ME ON HOLD AND CAME BACK TO SAY THAT I WAS NO LONGER BEING RECORDED.  THEN THAT'S WHEN I GAVE THEM A GOOD CURSING OUT AND TOLD THEM TO NEVER CALL MY PHONE AGAIN.
