Same thing here. Call back because I had been found hiding something from the IRS. I hadn't answered the phone. But the IRS doesn't call you.

I didn't answer and phone message they left just told me that I had better call that number back right away, in a tone that said hey pay attention! I figured it had to do something with Fraud and ignored it

Just got a call from this number. When I realized it was a scam and said something to the guy, he said "I don't know what you are talking about, this is my personal number".
