Will call and would ring 4 times then just hangs up. This is a spoof/bot caller that sells your number to other companies once you pick up the number or call it back. Just don't pick up or call back a unknown number. If it's important, they will leave a message.

SCAMMERS

Medical Alert scam. One of many numbers used.

Caller ID came up as "New York" when answered, there was hesitation, then a lady (with a very thick accent) said she was from IMS or INS finances and she was calling in regard to their "scratch game"...

I stopped her and said - "we're not interested in this solicitation, this is a business, take us off your call list immediately"
She started to speak again and say "Ma'am...I was calling...." I just hung up.

Maybe IMS stands for Insane Medical Scammers...you think?

Just got a call from this number and much like Annoyed it was the same lady with a very thick accent wanting me to play a "scratch game" to win $25K INSTANTLY with NO STRINGS ATTACHED! Nope...she was very persistent, I politely asked to be removed from the list (we are a business line), I finally had to cut her off and hang up.  

718 4509127 called. no message, and when I picked up, it's cut-off.
