Just received it too, this is yet another "Cold Call" to be entered into my 'PhoneTray' list to be blocked!

Don't know wether this goes under telemarketer or "non-profit organization".  Same "police organizations" scambag that calls every month using a different name for the organization.  Let him read his entire pitch to me and when he finally asked if I could commit to pledge a donation upon receiving a "kit" in the mail said "nope".  The scambag hung up about 5 seconds later after silence.

Got a call at home last night from this number. Guy says he's from the Police Conference of NY. I tell him "no thanks" and hung up.
