an elderly female received a call from this number informing her that she won $3.5 Million dollars, but first she had to deposit a huge fund in order to redeem her prize.  A name was left and a phone number.  Calls to that number went straight to voicemail.  Google search of the name given relates back to a mafia figure of the late 1960's early 1970's.  Trying to verify the validity, evidence leading towards a scam.
