`Did not leave message

answered call. Nobody on line. Became very worried as my mother is on a system similar.  These need to cease!

got call on 9 pm, when i call back, seems the number doesn't exist????

got a spam call. selected #1 to speak to an agent. waited on hold then hung up. 20 seconds later a call came from same # and she (the agent) asked if I wanted to order the medical alert device. I got interrupted with another call and couldn't get more info to identify the culprit company.
