Who the hell keeps calling & hanging up?

Called at 6:15 on a Firday night.  I silently picked up at the third ring to keep it from getting to the ans. machine; seems to slow them down a bit when the robodialer can't determine if its reached a valid number or not.  Surprised me with a computer generated voice saying "Good-bye".  This is my FIFTH spam call just today, and at least the second "Solar" spam call, if the comments below are accurate.  Three out of the five were 'new' numbers to us, so as yet unblocked.  Can not keep up with all the new # calls!  Also got a 'lowered interest' call and a Free Cruise, and one unknown what they were attemtping.

Got at least 2 calls from this number two days in a row. It goes to my voice mail. The caller on the another side said nothing. I called back and got immediately connected to an outgoing voice mail saying that the call cannot be completed.
