Tele-marketer.  Usually I pick up and immediately hang up, as some robo dialers will then mark the number as invalid.  This time I did wait a few seconds and you could hear callers in the back-ground, then I hung up.  II did not give them time to speak.  I've also answered as the local police dept. which threw the caller off, who then apologized.

wanted to know something about my dealing with home depot and if I was doing any updates.

Caller ID indicated name of 'H. Burgos'.   I disconnected before it rang twice.

Just received call from this number, caller ID also said "H Burgos", didn't know name and number so didn't answer. No message left.
