On my way to work i stopped off at a gas station & locked my keys in my car. I called 411 and was given 'John Mcmanamas 24/7 Locksmith, Safe & Door' for a response. I used that and the lady told me she would need my credit card number for deposit purposes of $45. (thinking this is the charge) so I gave it and she said a tech would be there within 20-30 min. 45 minutes later, I called and she was not personable and said he would be there any minute. 15 minutes later he shows up. does up his bill (before the work is done) and it's 45 and 175 written on the sheet. so stupid me thinks it's $1.75 tax. No problem. He asks for the rest of the money and I hand him $2. He looks at me like i'm crazy and said, no it's $175.00!!!!!! RIP OFF!!!!!! So i told him and called the customer service telling them it was not explained to me that it would be this much. If he would have told me that before he did it , i would have told him NO! I called the company when i got home and she says they are Locksmith Services, but the Assistant Manager (Dave) said they are John Mcmanaman's and the receipt i have is from Good Lock Locksmith & Security. THen the number on the receipt goes to a National Locksmith Services with an answering machine everytime. The number I called for the service doesn't give me any info. The one time I spoke with Dave he gave me an address for their company in Tacoma (3208 S 23rd St Tacoma,WA) and there is no locksmith coming up under that address!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
