I just recieved a call from some dude with a heavy accent saying they are from dept of legal affairs with the IRS and there has been legal action has been taking against me. But they never addressed my name so I know its a scam.

Got a call from a guy who could barely speak English telling me the IRS is starting legal action for money I owe the IRS for my 2013 tax return because my expenses did not match up. I told him I file a short form which does not include expenses. He told me they mailed a letter to me which I never received. Told him to email me the letter so I could look at it. He then hung up.
