This is NOT Con Ed but rather an independent cold caller, selling snake oil for THEIR benefit, not your. They will call repeatedly, making them an annoyance, without regard for anything but their own benefit.

I'm getting hammered from this "Con Ed" savings calls from various #'s. In the last week several, all with 212 or 718 area codes.

Identified themselves as "Utility Savings Center" working on behalf of a group of service providers. When I asked about "Do Not Call" list they hung up. Can't reach them back.

On my caller ID it reads voice networking.
I answered to tell them to take me off their calling lists who ever they were.
When I picked up the phone to say hello, they hung up on me.
