Called my DNC registered cell a second time. The call was blocked after previous attempt, but I saw the number in the log.

Two rings, then hung up. No voice mail. Blocked. I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, and I block the number of any of those that don't leave a message. I see from the reports here that this one is an active scammer.
