Got a call today from this number. They never left msg. Caller ID says IMC. Assume it's a scam. How do they get away with bypassing DoNot Call list?

According to White Pages reverse lookup, it's a non- fixed VoIP in Manhattan.
Very sad & unfortunate to run a business by hiding who you are.

Non-fixed VOIP means it might be MagicJack or other similar portable VOIP systems, all they need is an Internet connection or a USB port on a computer connected to the Internet.
