called and said they were from Duquesne Light that I would get a 15% reduction in my bill starting next month.  Funny though, they needed my account #.  told me she would wait but hung up while i was gone.  Also, name on identifier for phone said Stan Fishman (not likely Duquesne Light).

Mine too said stan fishman and I coukd hear a call center behind him....I said hello twice and no one answered so I hung up

Got the call from Stan Fishman. I asked for Stan. Told her I called to speak to Stan. Asked if I had dialed the right number. Asked her again if Stan was available. She didn't know what to say. I then apologized because I must have the wrong number. Because I called to speak to Stan. I had fun.

Didn't answer because it said Unassigned, they didn't leave a message.  So it was either a scam or they don't want my business very bad.
