Just received a phone call from them with a recording regarding carpet cleaning and if I want to schedule an appointment stay on the line, when I did, a woman answered the phone and all I was able to get out was "Can you please take my phone...".  She hung up on me.  What's really getting on my nerves is that they are costing me minutes on my phone plan and I am on the "Do Not Call List".  I tried to call back, it rang then straight into a busy signal and have received a busy signal each time I call them.

Called at 3:18PM. No message.

carpet cleaning just called me too - I;m a 646 area code..

Ok-- we are logging that this number is violating the DO NOT CALL list.  But now what????  They are clearly calling more people as we speak.  

What are the next steps?
