We all got the same call. Mine came through on Jan 29. I called back, and the number was busy.

Same message as mentioned above, same broken English from "Officer Eric Foster", never mentioned my name just stated this is for "you".  He asked me to call him back or my lawyer and if I disregarded his message he wished me luck.  (I am disregarding his message because I need the good luck)

I got this on my voicemail on January 29 officer erica foster want me to call him back if not I need get my lawyer. I never call back but I still have the recorded.
