Got my second call in a week from this company, who starts the call with 'may i speak to whoever pays the power bill'. Does this sound like a legitimate outfit to ANYONE? I asked whom are you looking for, and they replied with the same lame statement. No business that is customer oriented is going to be that unprofessional to not 1. identify the person they are calling for, 2. dodge the question when inquired. Worse yet, its plainly obvious this is a phishing scam as the first thing they want is you to get your bill to 'make sure you are still eligible for the discounted rate'. Surely, to get account and personal information. Its admonishable that this happens as I'm sure there are individuals that are not savvy enough to see this for what it is, and get roped into a scam such as this. SBR energy, you're on notice. Call this number again, I'll tear you a new [***].
