I GOT A CALL TO MY CELL FROM THIS NUMBER... IT LOOK LIKE A JOKE, BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANY FRIEND IN SUCH AREA (718) AND I DO REALLY HAVE A LOT...
I DID A REVERSE LOOKUP AT WHITEPAGES.COM ("http://www.whitepages.com/search/ReversePhone?full_phone=7183324608&localtime=survey") AND I GET THIS:

Noticed the call today and answered, got a recording, heard "job hotline at 976" and hung up the phone. Noticed 4781 had called hours earlier but it's been disconnected. Called back 4608 and it was busy. Googled and found this site among others that had direct Chicago numbers attached to it regarding fraud. I've known since I was kid in the 80's that 976 = CHARGE TO YOUR PHONE so I know it's a scam. Wish they would shut this jerks down, this is why I don't like answering my phone but can't afford to cut the line.
