Caller ID: Citiwide Communications.  Some scambag calling from -- for this month anyway -- the New York Police Chiefs Association. The name of the group the scambags are calling for seems to change with every call...and these scambags call often. Asked if I could be counted on for my support.  Said no.  Scambag hung up.
