Don't let these dirtbags stress you!  If they call you, you can keep'em on the phone for a really long time!  Just keep telling them that you don't have a pen and can't take the number, then just keep asking them questions and challenge everything they say to you!  I had two calls from them today and the second one I kept the guy on for almost ten minutes!  I would have gone longer, but he hung up on me.  I think he was crying! Hahaha!  The more time of theirs you can waste, the less time they have to find some unsuspecting and trusting individual who'll fall for their crap!  Don't get mad, GET EVEN!!!

This person have been calling me three times.. unwanted call

Called this evening, but did not leave a message.

said they needed to get in touch with a family member that didnt live with me. Asked me to get in touch with them within the next hour because they were going to get served judgement papers at home or on their job if they didnt call 855-420-8301 with a case number. I told David Taylor to call Heaven or serve the papers there!

I received a call from this number a few minutes ago.  I said I did not know the person he was asking about  and the caller continued ramble on.  I asked. "Do you know who you are speaking with?"  He had no clue and said  he had to check.  I replied, " get your facts straight." and hung up.  Moments later he called me back from (951) 756-8448.  I encourage you to call this number and leave random messages.  He continued to hound me and explain why they had my number as a reference for the person in question.
