I got a text message from these jokers who are obviously operating a phishing scam. The message said:
tmomail@tmomail.net / / Resource One F.C.U. Card Frozen. Call 7183049797!
When I call the number, a recording said they would need 3 pieces of information from me. They then asked for my credit card number. I don't know what the other pieces of information are, since I hung up at that point.

My wife got this, fell for it but told me right as she was doing it. Had to cancel that credit card, this is a phishing scam.

I got the same text message today 3/23/10 1:pm
Called back on different phone and they wanted my bank account and credit card information.
I told them this call was being recorded and would be forwarded to authorities, they promptly hung up, i called them from a different number which they hadn`t even texted me to, and i gave them the same information, they hung up again.
Can i file a suit against tmobile for this intrusion and possible credit fraud? obviously they are aware of it.
