what to know where in ny this 718 area code

got a call from same number, no message

They call me so many times. Most of times they hung up when I got the phone. When I answered it, they asked to change to Sandy. But there is not a person like this. I told them not to call me anymore, but they just kidding me "I called 99 times, not 100 times yet" or something like that. I can not believe why I are so rude to me. I want to report somewhere, but i don't know what to do.

yeah they call from 347-227-3788 also. its a scam

I got a call from the 347 number last night and the 718 number twice this morning.  No messages and when I try to call back it is busy or just won't connect.
