Its been a couple of weeks since I received a call from the number. Originally they were listed as Skytel Paging. Now they are listed as Mpower  Energy.
This is a obvious scam if they are using ConEd as a part of their gimmick when calling areas not served by them.

They called another on the same floor and then my number rang I check with local phone
company for CID info and rev directory reports Mpower which ask for Con Ed payer of the family.
I given them information to seek the individual before I believe they think this is a house but it a muklti-level dwelling who has it's own POWER GENERATOR and Sell it to the State at current capacity.

They hang up!

Sorry no sell here, but why keep it nothing has changed the apartment can't order utilities it provided!

They call me once a day, telling me my name is Vincent and I have a ConEd account eligible for some outstanding offer/upgrade. I've never had a ConEd account. My name is not Vincent. I've told them several times to stop calling me, which of course goes unheeded.

SEND THESE S.O.B'S AS MANY VOICEMAILS POSSIBLE AT NIGHT AND DURING THE DAYTIME CALL THEM BACK CONSTANTLY AND WASTE THEIR TIME.. I STAYED ON THE PHONE WITH THEM FOR ATLEAST 10 MINUTES AND FOR 12 TIMES ONE DAY AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY WERE TELLING MEE TO STOP CALLING! I CANT BELIEVE IT... GIVE EM A TASTE OF THEIR OWN CRAP. THEY STOPPED CALLING ME FINALLY BUT IM JUST GETTIN STARTED WITH THEM IM SO PISSED
