I received 4 calls from 718-303-3833 within a span of 10 minutes today and 4 calls from Same number on Saturday.... the man says his name is Joe  and he is on a recorded line regarding the health and safety of citizens of New York City. He did not give a company name .

At least 20 calls in past weeks

Got a call today but didnt answer..left no message..

This number  keeps call me  every day  and don't  leave any mesdage.

Constantly calls, does not leave a message.
