I received a message on my cell phone from this number 718-301-8081, the message stated I was to contact them or my recent credit card purchase would be cancelled.  Sooooo my question is this- if this is a solicitation call how do they get cell phone numbers?  I have recently made a couple of purchases from my credit card so do they know that or are they assuming that most people have make purchases with their credit card?  The latter I suppose.
The voice sounded muffled and I could barely understand it almost as if it was automated.
