No message left. Two calls in a row

calling about a warrenty on my vehicle , i opted out every time and they still cal many times a day.

This number called my cell phone - left no message. Tried calling it back and got a recorded voice saying "we are unable to complete your call at this time."  I figured as much.

The call comes through as Jaina Systems and never leaves a message.
