Call cell left no message

Recieved call 5:17PST. I didn't answer and they left no message. That makes 20 blocked callers on my list. Are regulators checking 800notes to follow up on perpetrators? Caller intentions can't be good.

It was supposedly an energy saving program. what you do is call them with a different phone number separate from the one in the house, for instance: if they call your cell phone, use the house phone or vice versa.... and tell them to quit calling you that they are harassing you and then just hang up. or just block them. The guys name I do believe is David. Hope this helps.
Don't give any information about yourselves either. He starts his ranting and raving about it being what company it is and then announces himself as david and then asks if you are the homeowners of the house that it is an "energy saving program" which I am sure then tomorrow it will be solar and the next day you have won anything and the next day might be college wanting you to join their program of going back to school and then so on and so fourth. It all boils down to: it is a scam.
