I also received a call from 718 285 3924, Sipcom PLC. Next to my phone I keep a whistle to blow "Loud and Long" when I get these unwanted calls.

I just got a call from this number I did answer no body respond .... 2 minutes before this phone call I got a call from # 724 472 5677 saying I'm being sue by the IRS ... Be careful this is a scam ... It was on the news last night
