Just received a recorded message claiming that this is the last call (warning) to let me know that there are papers being filed with the court?? Didn't say which county, state or city but that's no surprise because this is a scam, if it were real tehn they would just serve the papers!!!!

Yea, they've called me twice today, once on my office desk and once on my cell phone. A message was left on my desk phone but nothing on my cell. anyway...same old crap. Too bad these people can't find real jobs but then again who could trust them as an employee? They pick up my number at least twice a year. It used to bother me a lot but I get so many of them I just ignore and I never answer calls from unknown numbers. Once you call them back or pick up your phone, they've got ya and it's pure hell trying to get rid of them. I say, come on over to my house. Me and Smith and Wesson are waiting for ya. We'll be happy to sign your papers, all three of us.

I keep getting a call from this number and know I have no pending litigation in the courts and wish they would be stopped.  It is very annoying and could make some people anxious and comply with whatever they are requesting.

This has been their last call for about a month and a half and many calls; the number has changed from a South Florida number to a number in New York now.

I've been receiving calls from that number for almost 2 months now. They just called from a different number now but same message.
