A recorded message told me to call a Job Line. That number started with 976 and I then hung up. I believe that 976 numbers charge outrageous rates and can be blocked from being dialed from your phones, if I'm not mistaken. Most likely, this is a scam.

The 976 number that they are requesting I call is a high-charge call. Beware.
