The worst telemarketer I've ever talked to. Offensive, threatening, racist, and he hung up on me when I asked for a free trial. I almost think it's a joke. If it is a joke, it's funny. If it's not, he's vulgar.

Mr. Quinn is still at it. He called our law office yesterday and asked to speak with me. My paralegal told him I was on another line and asked for a message about the nature of his call and he claimed he was in car accident and needed an attorney. I noticed his area code was from New York so I searched Google and found he is a regular at calling law firms. Based on that info I never called him back so he never got the chance to be rude but I am sure it was coming.

Joe Quinn was very rude and has horrible phone skills.  He should not be allowed to tell the receptionist his call is about a certain type of matter thinking it is new business when in fact it is just him trying to GET business.

Back at it! I just got a call from Joe Quinn (718-263-0126) demanding to speak to an attorney, I told him that one was unavailable and that he needed to schedule a consultation. He is response? "Shut the f*** up. I didn't ask for no bull sh** answer." Charmed.

He's even calling down to Florida. He called asking to speak to the attorney because he was in a car accident. I explained we never put people through to the attorney without information, he then became very rude and angry. When I asked for a date of accident, he got irate. I just hung up on him. Thankfully, I googled the phone number before passing the info along to the attorney. I'll be sure to warn the rest of the office. Thank you for this post. Joe Quinn is a nut job!
