A person claiming to be Joe Quinn called my office and said he had a personal injury case and he was referred by Ron Stevens.  When told the specific attorney he was asking for was not available but that he was speaking to an attorney he became irate, rude and obnoxious hanging up the phone.  In researching the number similar complaints about the same named called came up with a phone number of 718-263-0126
