I got a missed called and when i returned it, they said the number had been disconnected

I have had many calls from this number. One time I answered it. The person on the other end could not speak English. Ask how he got my number, could not say. Told them to never call again. Within two days from that call they have left 2 messages , within two hrs of each other on my cell.
Hope they get caught..........
