I just received this number myself on my cell, and i am in Canada as well. Thought I would check and see if anyone else had the same thing.  I did not answer though and no message was left.

I got a call from this number also and when I called it back it just rang and rang. I get random calls from numbers I don't know and they end up being Hilltop Research, anyone heard of them?
