my daughter received a call if she was watching is disney video on youtube, even though my number is on the national do not call registry list I don't believe I should be getting these calls.

I keep receiving calls from 718-222-3796. I'm on the national do not call registry. I should not be receiving these frequent calls. I'm not even from New York.
