Called me today and did not leave message.  I called back.  It is a third party that received my info from a job search website that informed them that I was interested in furthering my education.  After talking to the rep. that answered the phone I got the impression that it is a legitimate group and that they make a lot of calls to job seekers and not people looking to further their education.
