Same as above had to file a police report they kept calling my work place non stop we had to unplug the phone. When I called back I caught him in a lie gave my email address saying it was the one I used 3 yrs ago I just change my email address 6 months ago.when I pointed this out he Hung up on me

You can file a police report and then make a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Comission to help with the international case against these guy for trying to steal your money and idenity. 1-877-382-4357. And file a complaint with crime complaint at www.ic3.gov. If you want more information you can google FBI National Press Office. This is a horrible scam and I have and still a victim. All I can say is ignorne them or change your number. They keep selling your information to other "pods" who will try to get money from you, threatening jail time, you owe thosands of dollars, and want more information on you and everyone you know. Don't stress it's NOT true. Just call and make sure you havecovered your own butt. I also recommend Life Lock, they do have all your information. They can steal your I.D. and ruin your credit. It actually really pisses them off. but I work for a motel and they jammed up all our phone lines had to shut everything down because of these jerks.
