I got call today from this number and a guy from phillipines told me that he is representative from a phone company called Pulsetele.com . Are you using that company in order to get international calling service?

Been getting calls in the past week or so, they hang up whenever I answer. Seems...unproductive.
Called back and some Indian guy answered, couldn't really understand anything other than possibly the name of the site which was mentioned in an earlier post. I hung up on him immediately. It was immensely satisfying.

Call from 718-210-0312 twice, left voice mail I could not understand. Received call again asking if I spoke Spanish or Yugoslavian.
