Calls and then no one talks.  Called Back and someone spoke some gibberish to me.

They've been calling and hanging up on me after the first ring.  Called them back and they are talking gibberish.  They won't speak English and just hang up.

I've called them back twice (because they always hang up on me) and asked them to stop calling, they claim they will remove my number, but after a couple of days the phone calls and hangups start again.  Please file a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.  If they get enough complaints about a certain business, legal action will be taken.  Do not call complaints will be entered into a secure online database available to civil and criminal law enforcement agencies. While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaint will help the agency investigate the company, and could lead to law enforcement action.

You can also file a complaint with the FCC.

These idiots keep calling me as well.  They either hang up or have someone with a terrible indian accent calling about long distance rates for Pulse Telecom. They keep calling here in Montreal. I asked them to bother me in french or not bother me at all.  He can barely speak english, so forget about french!

I told to stop calling (in english) but they keep calling.
