Number given as a moving company, posts notices around New York and then scams consumers by raising rates at last minute.

Same experience.  Tried to charge travel time.  The moving guys claimed they made no money and only tips;  tried to jack us for high tips.  Nice guys, but they are desperate and work for scumbags.
