I requested a quote for roofing on my house a couple of months ago. This company has called multiple times and I requested they remove me from there list. Until I finally took the time to listen and say "NO", they continued to call. Their English is horrible so unable to get the name of the company.

Yes they want to sell you home improvements. NEVER sign up for any type of home improvement request, quote, or otherwise online or this will be the inevitable result.

No one there when I picked up. I reported them to donotcall.gov as I always do with such calls. It's one of two things I can guarantee them. The other is that I will never do business with them.
