Call a few minutes ago. Left no message. Blocked.

Since 102 is an invalid exchange many blockers will not accept it.  Time-Cable blocker will not take it for example.

DO NOT CALL REGISTRY DOESN'T HELP

Since when is the DNC supposed to be a call blocker?  The DNC works fine, for legitimate telemarketers.  However, you callers are criminals, since when do criminals obey the law?

Fact: The Do Not Call list is NOT a call blocker!
The DNC list is a LIST, subscribed to / purchased by legitimate telemarketers, so they know who NOT to call

Fact: Scammers and spammers ignore the DNC list .
Many use "war dialers" to quickly dial phone numbers.  After all, phone numbers are just numbers, and are no secret!

Fact: The DNC list does not apply to NON-sales calls , such as political calls, charities, debt collectors and businesses with which you have done business with during the previous 18 months.

Fact:  Spam callers can be blocked by getting a real call blocker .
 Google is your friend.
