no message 2 rings and hangs up

They left a voicemail that seemed like a pocket dial but they were not speaking English ....

Called and mumbled something about "underwriting" "claims" "titles", yet asked me about a car I no longer drive or own or that even exists to be driven due to a total loss accident. When I said this, they said thank you and disconnected. So no idea what that was even about.
