Person with strong foreign accent said his name is John (I think) Smith from a company (couldn't get the name because of his strong accent) in Washington DC and is calling for the IRS for 2014 tax fraud.  He gave me an IRS case # and said that the Police authorities will arrest me tomorrow morning and take me into custody for next 3 months.  I can hire a criminal lawyer to fight this case.  Also, there'll be a lien on my properties and I'll lose my job.  When I started challenging him with questions about his company, what he's telling me, and that I'm going to report him to the authorities, he started swearing.
