Called this evening with caller ID showing Cellular Call. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

i usually turn my ringer off to avoid spam callers, but today i was expecting a call, and this number called, and a heavy east indian accented guy said "good evening, sir", at which i put the phone down, but didn't hang up, and went back to shaving...when i finished, i picked up the phone, and hung up.
