A lot of you saying this is collections for Carolinas Medical, however, the number is a PA number.  That's not to say that this isn't a collections agency calling on "behalf of" Carolinas (they do that a lot), but the strange thing is that I've never had medical care in either of the Carolinas so I don't know what they want.  I just don't pick up unidentified numbers.
