This is from an "education" business. I think it's a scam. I receive about two calls a week from some variation of the above number, for example, also +1 (717) 678-6353, +1 (717) 678-6296,

This number calls me twice a day sometimes. They will not leave a message. When I call back it says thank you for calling Helping Hands.
